This internship provides work-based readiness training for high school and college students through an intensive 11-week summer internship program at our DEI office. Interns will participate in valuable work-based learning opportunities, skill development and workforce training opportunities. Interns develop competencies in a variety of skills such as leadership, project management, networking, problem solving, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • STEM YES! Planning

  • Project management

  • Student Outreach

  • Marketing and Social Media

  • Be a group leader for STEM YES! students

The Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Be able to commit 20-40 hrs/week

  • Be able to commute to an in person environment

  • Have a growth mindset

  • Be able to learn new material quickly

  • Be able to work with a team

Pay starting at $10-12
