Rising Freshmen: To apply to the 21st Century Scholars Program parents/guardians may create a parent/guardian account on ScholarTrack.in.gov to access the online application or may download the paper form and submit directly to a member of the Indiana Commission for Higher Education Outreach team. The deadline to enroll is JUNE 30th of a students 8th Grade year.

After the passage of House Enrolled Act (HEA) 1449-2023, current 7th and 8th grade Hoosier students who are financially eligible for and enrolled in Free and Reduced Price Lunch will be automatically enrolled in the 21st Century Scholars Program. Parents and guardians of eligible students no longer need to complete an application for their students to participate. Students who are automatically enrolled in the 21st Century Scholars program must meet all requirements to obtain the scholarship upon graduation.

After submitting the application parents will recieve a confimation email. All families who apply for their students must be income verified this process is completed in partnership with the Indiana Department of Revenue, this process may take one to two years. Students who are removed from the program will receive a letter in the mail.
