Workforce Readiness
Foster Success has developed the Workforce Readiness program to ensure that teens and young adults aging out of foster care have a clear and supportive path to good and promising jobs. Interested individuals will have access to support in getting a job quickly through the Direct-to-Employment program or working on their long term career goals through Works Wonders. All include a $tipend.

All programs offer a stipend (money) and coaching support. Participants must have been in the foster care system in Indiana for at least one day after turning 14 years old and must be between 18-25 years old.
