Diversity & Innovation Institute (DNOVA) provides various internship opportunities to supplement our full-time staff. Interns play important roles in all areas of our organization, including recruitment, accounting, development, operations, mentorship, technology, and research. Internships are viewed as both part-time employment and training opportunities.


DNOVA staff invests their time to develop the skills of our interns in the hope that the growth that takes place during an internship will help interns secure future opportunities in their professional careers.

The DNOVA Interns will be thoroughly committed to Diversity & Innovation Institutes' mission.

Administrative Assistant

LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent GED (required)
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate academic program

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Action-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and innovative approach to solve challenges
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people, as well as independently
Mentorship experience preferred
