La Plaza's Latino Opportunity Center (LOC) empowers individuals to achieve economic stability and build skills toward a career.
LOC Success Coaches work with participants one-on-one to develop individualized plans with their career goals and the steps needed to achieve them. To help participants overcome systemic barriers, coaches offer bundled services that include coaching on education, employment, finances, and income support.
All services provided at LOC, are intended to help participants obtain meaningful jobs, start or grow their businesses, and help them succeed in their career journey.
