First Year Employment Exploration for Latino Students
Indiana Latino Institute secures community partners to host incoming college freshmen over the summer as interns. ILI provides students with a $1,000 scholarship upon completion of the program.
Applications for the 2024 First Year Employment program are open.
Priority is given to students who submit their applications by February 28, 2024.
Final application deadline is March 31, 2024.

ILI secures community partners to host incoming college freshmen over the summer. The program includes real world experience as well as assistance from ILI staff who guide students to develop their resume and provides professional development training’s. ILI provides students with a $1,000 scholarship upon completion of the program. Interested students must be enrolled in college or university for fall 2024 semester. Applications for the 2024 First Year Employment program are open. Priority is given to students who submit their applications by February 28, 2024. Final application deadline is March 31, 2024.
